FAQ - our fixed fee services

​Our industry leading fixed fee service is designed to take the stress out of using a private investigation service.
We hope the below FAQ answers your questions but if you have more we are happy to answer them.

1. What happens during our fixed fee investigation?

Our professional investigators utilise a three tiered approach of profiling, monitoring and surveillance that has been proven in the field to be highly effective in producing consistent and truthful results. We provide these services for a single fixed fee, so that you do not have to worry about escalating costs as your investigation progresses.

Following the completion of the investigation we will provide you with a full report of the subjects activities drawn from the information gained. The report will include all hours worked, activities and results. If audio, video or still photograph footage has been obtained this will be included.

2. What happens after the fixed package ends?

If you decide that you wish to continue your inquiry after the fixed fee period; our investigation costs are at our PAYG rate. We typically provide a full report of our findings every five hours of investigation. If events unfold within the five hour period that allow the investigation to conclude early, we will contact you immediately. Additionally, if you would prefer more regular updates we are happy to accommodate you. You have complete control of the investigation and we will not continue at any time without your express authorisation.

3. Why are your fixed fee costs so low?

Traditionally, investigators interview a client in person and then monitor the subject continuously; whether or not they are at a time and place likely to be engaged in deception. This leads to an exceptionally resource intensive and costly investigation that you the client pay for.

By completing all the necessary documentation online you avoid paying an investigator to take down your information and our industry leading use of profiling and electronic surveillance allows us to dramatically reduce the time required for costly physical surveillance. This allows us to provide you with unrivalled service at a cost that is affordable.

4. How much will my fixed fee investigation cost?
Our fee for providing professional data profiling, 7 days of electronic monitoring and direct surveillance is a fixed price. Click here to see our prices.

This fixed price includes all taxes, travel expenses and costs to the area in which the investigation occurs. 

5. When will my investigation start? 

We will usually begin your investigation within 7 days of you hiring our services. This will provide our investigators enough time to prepare. To safeguard our operations team we do not tell you the exact date of starting your investigation.

If necessary we can fast track your case if you believe that a specific event warrants early investigation (for example, your Partner is staying away within the 7 days and you believe this may be when infidelity is occurring). Please be aware, fast tracking an investigation may mean we are unable to allocate our full range of services. Physical surveillance requires a significant degree of planning prior to being undertaken and we will not engage in any surveillance without necessary diligence.

6. How long will it take to complete my investigation?
In our experience the greater the time a person is under investigation the more reliable and accurate results we can provide. Therefore our investigations usually take a minimum of 10 days to complete. Whatever the Subject of investigations activities in this time our aim is to provide you with real indisputable facts about their actions that will help bring you the answers you need. If during this time your situation changes, or the results we can provide our indisputable, then we can complete your investigation early if you wish.

7. Can I cancel my investigation once you've started?  Do I get a refund?
You can stop your investigation at any time.

If you decide to cancel within 24 hours of requesting an investigation we will refund your payment in full. If you decide to cancel your investigation within 48 hours of requesting an investigation we will deduct £100 from your refund amount to cover our initial costs in reviewing your case. Any cancellations made after 48 hours of requesting an investigation will not be eligible for a refund.


8. My partner is only behaving suspicious on certain days. Is the 7 days of vehicle monitoring continuous or can I take breaks between days?

The initial 7 days of monitoring is continuous. To maintain the lowest risk of compromise we want to spend as little time as possible interacting with your partners vehicle. This ensures your investigation remains undetected. However, if more time is required to monitor your partners vehicle we can switch your monitoring tariff to our PAYG rate to ensure coverage continues after the initial fixed fee period ends.


9. What do I do if my partner suddenly does something suspicious, can I contact you during the investigation?

Yes, our investigators work between 9am and 5pm. Outside of these times calls are answered by our call centre and your message will be relayed to your case investigator who will make contact with you by your preferred method.
