Broughton Ramsden & Page is a UK business partnership. The principle place of business is Eagle Tower, Cheltenham, GL50 1TA, United Kingdom.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing all contracts between Broughton Ramsden & Page and its clients will be on its standard Terms of Business. We operate in accordance with BS 10200 'Code of practice for the provision of investigative services', are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and maintain full professional indemnity insurance.

 

We are fully committed to high standards of professional conduct and compliance and to good governance practices throughout businesses. All of our operative staff have been selected and screened in accordance with BS 7858 where applicable. BACKGROUND
This agreement applies as between you, the User of this Web Site and Broughton, Ramsden & Page, the owner of this Web Site.  Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the Web Site. All notices / communications shall be given to us either by post to our Premises (see address above) or by email to general@broughtonramsdenpage.com.  Such notice will be deemed received 3 days after posting if sent by first class post, the day of sending if the email is received in full on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent on a weekend or public holiday.
